Readybooks is a cloud-based accounting and financial management platform that provides invoicing, expense tracking, inventory management, payroll processing, bank reconciliation, GST/tax compliance, and financial reporting tools for businesses.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and company details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for purposes unrelated to the Service.
The Service provides tools to assist with accounting and financial management. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the financial decisions you make based on the Service's outputs. Readybooks does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Readybooks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, banking APIs, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readybooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Readybooks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination. After this period, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
